NO SERVICE FNB HOMELOANS

We have recently approached FNB Homeloans to increase our bond to be able to do some renovations. Sadly I have been dealing with Mr Vishal Binessaree. This man promises to get back to you but never does. He has confirmed that we have been approved for over two weeks but for some reason we can not receive the approval in writing. We have even said to him to not promise anything he can;t deliver on but he still says you will get the written documents by Friday @ 14:00 but no being Monday 9:00 still nothing, not even a phone call. He gave me his managers cell number but they is always off. NO wonder there is not service and he is not held accountable.
