No service - FNB Debt Review Centre
Does anyone work at the debt review centre?
I have been sending emails for almost a year with no response from this department.
I have been begging them to restructure an account per a court order with no assistance or follow up. When they did respond a year ago, they blamed system issues for the inability to amend the account on my profile.
It seems like a dysfunctional and impervious department and reflects terribly on FNB.

08 Dec 2021, 10:42I got a response from FNB committing to updating the account, but nothing has changed - the same interest and arrears still reflect.
I cannot fathom why this is so hard to correct - it's been over a year!

The final acceptance letter was sent in October 2022 and the Revolving Facility account has still not been restructured.
I called the Debt Review centre on 17 March 2022 and spoke to Joe Black - Debt Review ref call: 690 591. He said he would speak to his manager and make sure the account is updated to reflect 0% interest and do the rebate on the account.
Nothing happened, nobody followed up - just like every other time.
Pathetic service.
