NO Service FNB!

It is SAD how FNB do not learn from their mistakes! They ONLY action my requests when I write a Poor review on HelloPeter! After 35 years with FNB I am in the process of migrating to another bank....due to either lack of service or no service at all. I am gradually closing my accounts as migrating your bank accounts is a very painful process. I have mailed their Customer Care who themselves are just as helpless as their Customer Call Center! What must I do to get the last little bit of service out of FNB before all my accounts are finally closed? I will NEVER return to FNB ever in future even if it means I must keep my money under my bed!!!! After 35 years with FNB the last 5 were HELL!!!!
