NO SERVICE DELIVERY WITH FNB LICENSE RENEWALS.
I wish I could give this a 0. Why have the option to renew your vehicle license on the app when there is absolutely NO service delivery! I already payed for my license renewal on the 25th of July and still I don't have my license. After numerous calls and emails! If I get pulled over I will be sending you the fine.

14 Sept 2020, 20:00I am still waiting for someone to contact me back! This is unacceptable if I knew this will take 2 months almost for my license I would have just taken off work to stand in the queue at the licensing department.
It is not the first time I have had service delivery issues with fnb and I am almost sure it won't be the last.

21 Sept 2020, 06:40I still haven't been contacted or received any feed back via email. I have tried to call and use the references that was given to me. But I still haven't spoken to anyone because you are on the phone forever waiting for someone that can assist you.
