Mrs JJ Dercksen passed away on 23 December 2023. We are battling to get any feedback from FNB to close the account and transfer the funds to the estate late bank account. We have forwarded all instruction and documents via email. No response. This is not the 1st time that we are struggling with feedback from FNB. Account no ***
