No service

Sitting in the eastgate branch for over an hour waiting for service. Theres a gentleman walking around to check ticket numbers but offering no real service and is not helping at all. There are a few select clients that he is going out of his way to help so I have to wonder does FNB play favourites. I'm moving to fnb due to service and my first experience at a branch is disgusting. Thinking twice.
