NO SERVICE / CLUELESS SALARY EARNERS

WHAT A USELESS EXERCISE!!!! I wonder if they know that they get paid to do a job? I have been battling for almost 3 weeks to get documentation out of someone at FNB - My Job is on the line!!!!!!! I have lastly contacted a Mr. Graeme Muller via email - no luck. O, yes - did you know - EVERYONE AT FNB IS WORKING UNDER COVER..... It is impossible to speak to any person besides the Calls Center who either sends you from pillar to post or simply "drop" the call.

What a disappointment dealing with FNB.

I AM POSING THE QUESTION AS TO HOW SAFE OUR MONIES ARE WITH FNB AS EVERYONE I HAVE SPOKEN TO IS CLULESS??
