No service

Priscilla from Business loans said she would phone me back the next day Friday 24th June 2022. I'm still waiting. This is the service that is being delivered which is none. FNB in there wisdom have taken all this services away from the branches but no human on the other end of the phone is prepared to help you or follow through with any services & you are not able to phone them directly. What kind of service is this????????????????????
