NO SERVICE

First request 20/05/2022 I requested to change my debit order date to the 28th of each and every month and also the increase my repayment amount. The effective date was from June 2022. The personal bank Manager forward the incorrect form/s. After four weeks of mail/telephone calls/ messages I received the correct form. After two week still no response. Submit a online complaint. Wow got some response. Promised that all will be in order. Nothing was done. Then received confirmation with effective date end July 2022. Got a phone call this morning 30/06/2022 sorry it was an error. The worst service!!
