No service

I don't know why FNB has a personal banker service because they only work 5 days a week. So I thought lets go to customer care service ...................well they take 48hours to assign your query. However I think I know why these services are so Useless it is so FNB can earn interest on my credit card. My query being why is my credit card balance +- R38,0000 when it should be +-R6,000. EARNING FNB INTEREST THATS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it was not such a hassle I would go to one of the new banks. Maybe the hassle might just be worth it.
