No Service at the FNB student loands

To Whom It May Concern,<br> <br> I have been struggling to get helped at the student loan department since February. FNB constantly broadcast that they are so much better than Beep bank and that everyone needs to move to a bank that works for you, But FNB is completely useless when you actually need the help.<br> <br> I have been trying my utmost best to obtain a very small student loan despite having all my accounts with FNB and large credit limits and business banking. They constantly phone offering me large personal loans but when I need them to help me they don't back up their promise of service.<br> <br> They either lose the documents that they need to finalize the loan or you sign all the documents and they do nothing with it, when they eventually begin to process it then the quote has expired just for you to restart the process once again. I have latterly app**** more than 10 times now.
