No service at FNB Private Clients and companies taking advantage on DEBIT orders

Good day,

I would like to raise a concern with FNB that, i have debit order issues that I cannot resolve cause the service is not available for unknown reasons, I cannot get hold of the private banker since her number is deleted on the “ your private banker contacts”. We have companies taking advantage of our accounts and we are told FNB has changed policies without our consultation.

If I cannot get help from FNB with the next 24hrs, I will cancel my banking accounts with FNB and move to a bank that can provide better explainable service.

Are we not paying for better service as private clients , why even classify clients if you give everybody bad service?????
