No Service at FNB - Bankers are never available...

So much for Private Bankers - you can never get hold of them - they don't return calls and the service levels offered by FNB are really poor...

Furthermore an FNB to FNB transfer can take up to 24 hours yet the money is taken out of my account immediately - where does the money go for the period it is not in my account and not in the account I transferred it to...
