No service at all, not treating clients fairly

On the 26th November I transferred R4000 into CBS legal account by mistake, I was told at the village Square mall branch & I was told to call the call center & I was told to fill in reversal forms & I will be charged R300, however they sent me an email after 5 days to inform me they cannot help.
