No service at all .

I have been battling with FNB for weeks now .

I am trying to get my IRP5 from FNB but with no response from them . I was referred to their fnbhr.mobi website to download my IRP5 but get an error message stating that my Username or password is incorrect "I did submit the query on the myq service which was over a week ago but still no response from them .

I do need my IRP5 forms urgently but FNB does not care at all
