No service at all at Fnb. They just bluetick

Honestly Fnb doesn't even deserve a star. My details have been changed without my consent on my account, they've been investigating for 2 weeks and there's no feedback from them I've been sending emails asking how far they are and how long they take to resolve their complaints and nobody is getting back to me. My account has been compromised and they are turning a blind eye. Hope everyone can learn from this and always check your details because ***** is real and it's everywhere
