Fnb is all about getting clients but actually helping when it's necessary, you'll deal with the real Fnb.

They decided to not refund my unauthorized transactions and closed the query even after I indicated numerous times that I did not join a membership and cannot get hold of Seattle Bouttique for my refunds. Now I have to close my business account with Fnb because of their incompetence as my bank.

I will definitely take this to the ombudsman.
