No service at all!!!!!

We have been trying to get information of a credit card were there was R5000 drawn out of the account. We have been sent backwards and forward with no help. Every time they just give you a new nr to contact. The ***** department useless there is never any answer. We have been clients of FNB for many years with several accounts. This is really bad service!!!!!!!!!
