NO SERVICE AT ALL

I went into the branch on Tuesday 25/02/2020 and settled all my accounts and requested them to be closed. I received an email from your FRB Debt Review Centre stating payment was received and one account was closed and that i needed to confirm if I wanted my cheque account closed aswell. I asked in the branch for them to do it and they stated that the review centre had to do it. Then i received an email asking if I want to close it to which I responded and received an automated response. Now I have received my paid up letters and they state that my cheque account is still open............. I have asked NUMEROUS times - it needs to BE CLOSED!
