No Service At All

Good day i have spoken to an agent to activate Debi Check and also to stop and prevent ALL Debit orders that attempt to deduct from my account, however, non of this has been activated or attended to so my account is still open to accept all debit orders, i want this matter to be attended to as a matter of urgency as nothing has been done to assist me neither has a block been implimented preventing debit orders going off on my account !
