After I complained here someone phoned me to reassure and promised to resolve and help, again someone phoned claiming never received my email, I immediately emailed he confirmed that he received, last week, someone by name teboho mothiba requested some documents via email, I rep**** cause I need help, my money must work for me. Even today. From my contract, fnb promised me telephonic assistance, one on one consultation, fast effective way of resolving my legal matters including work related as my problem is work.
