No service at all

Since I joined fnb legal,justice 1st platinum now called law on call, promising 24/7 service, is depressing, I emailed them 2 emails in need of their help, that was last year, not even today, no one responded, on the 30/03/2015, I phoned from branch in wonderpark cause the numbers provided on my card, doesn't go through. I got very rude lady, we couldn't even finish our conversation, though she provided me with another email address. Which is [Email Removed] but yet even now I haven't got a call or reply. I checked, most comments, make me shiver cause I have been paying this law on call since 2013. Can someone help to get this working for us? I really need help fnb!
