No Service as per Normal
I've been trying to get ahold of the private client department since last week Wednesday.
Today the phone my back. I asked a question regarding the fee structure, and placed on hold for 14 minutes, so I hung up. No feedback since.
Thanks FNB. I've threaten to cancel several times, today, I've reached the limit of your horrible service.
Going to pay more at Investec, at least I will receive service from them.
