No Service As Always
Posted a review last week and FNB followed up on the complaint and said I will get feedback within 24 hours as its been escalated to the loans operations manager.
That was a week ago... You simply can't bank with FNB now days. I will begin my migration to Investec.

11 Apr 2023, 13:54and still I dont get help, same persons now repsonded my email and says they just can assist.... and that they already gave me an answer. your service has declined since joining and this will be my last account with FNB. you should truly by ashamed of how you've fallen as a bank!
