No service and systems are not working

Since yesterday I have been trying to buy R100 airtime for our servant on our business account alternatively on the business account and my credit card. I tried 6 times.. and then contacted messages on the app and communicated with him for 20 minutes according to the app. He said he can find nothing wrong. I send him print screens of once from the business account and once from the credit card. He referred me to phone ***. The person told me that it will cost me R75 to get it checked. Your **** systems are not working and I must pay R75 for you to check it. Your service sucks.
