No service and no reply and being spiteful.

I needed to reopen a Trust account.<br> At the FNB Table View branch I was informed by Deslin Hofstander what documents was needed after a quick look she told me to only bring three mentioned documents. <br> I asked her if she was sure as my time is limited, she say she knows her job so I went to collect the required documents.<br> After returning back at the branch and to my surprises I need more documents.<br> Back again <br> I mailed her the additional documents. But this is now going nowhere fast.<br> No feedback, not replying back to me<br> As far as I know the account is still not open.<br>
