No service and no one to complain to.

A ********** transaction was debited to my account on 21 May. I alerted the bank as soon as I picked it up on 28 May. I believe my card was cloned. My card was stopped and I received a new card within a week. The money have still not be credited to my account. The ***** department says the dispute department is dealing with it. The dispute department says they do not take queries. Even my personal banker can not get information. There is apparently nobody at FNB that you can talk to in this regard. The monies have been out of my account for almost two months. WHAT IS GOING ON?<br> <br>
