No Service and a waste of money

Early this year I contacted Law on Call with a problem that I have. After getting everything I needed the lady said it was a small amount and that I should go to Small Claims Courts. But I have been paying for this service for over 10 years now so why do I have go to the Small Claims Court, why can't you help me. Same goes for previous experiences I had when Law on Call said it wasn't a matter/or I won't win. Yet I hired a private Attorney and won the case. They are wasting my money, and I would actually like a refund for the years I have been paying. I shall then take my business elsewhere.
