No service again after months of complaing the result is the same

So agian i have to complain!! Fnb calls me 10 days ago telling me they will give me a creditcard!! I received the email with the docs i had to sign and fill in!! I did that and send it to docs department like 6 times and still the same results no service!! How difficult can it be to activate the creditcard???? Pls dont email me saying the docs is incomplete!!! Al pages are signed and send a few times!! Reallly?????
