No service

FNB NO SUPPORT I bought a Google gift card through FNB but it's invalid, FNB distance them from the purchase and referred me to google. Google says it's not their problem. I feel that I have been ****med ed by FNB. They committed to give me feedback after their last call but nothing happened ever since. I'm claiming a refund for the gift card I could not use.
