No Service

Tuesday 6 July I cued outside FNB HOWICK branch for 55 minutes waiting to see a teller at 10.30am, there was 1 teller on duty to attend to the public at this branch. There were 5 people ahead of me standing in the cue and 6 people behind me also waiting. This is not acceptable and not the first time I'm complaining about this branch only having one teller on duty. Eventually I walked away as I could not wait any longer.
