I need urgent help with the following. I'm not getting any feedback or assistance from direct axis

The following 2 wesbank cash power loans appears on my fnb profile. I have attached my rehabilitation letter that was done even before I opened my fnb account. I need these to accounts removed. This is now holding me back from getting a loan from fnb. The affordability is way off because of these 2 amount.

R1055 and R3469.

Both accounts are closed and has never appeared on my fnb account /profile. Why now???? Not fnb or Direct Axis gets back to me
