NO Service

A few years ago I signed surety for a overdraft facility. Circumstances has changed and I want to get out of it - for years now but I cannot get anyone capable of helping me. It's always empty promises. At last I decided to go on bank website, don't find the relevant option available, choice something because I'm forced to make a choice, submit and then it just spin its wheels going nowhere. Can I not just speak with a employee that has the capability to sort it out there and then?
