No service

<p>I went to deposit cash at fnb mall of africa and when I got inside,they had a chair with 5 people in the queue as I joined a lady came to ask what I wanted to do. I told her I'm wanted to deposit cash and she said if it's less than </p> <p>R10,000 I should go and deposit at the atm I told her the queue outside is much longer with more than 20 people and I'm on lunch, she said it's procedure. I just don't get how fnb offers accounts for low income earning people but can't service them. I didn't realise it was a rich man's bank but now that I know, ill pass the message</p>
