NO SERVICE

I have contacted them via email and phone to cancel / close my credit card end of Jul 2024 as we have immigrated to NZ - they assured me that it was closed - but now they keep on sending me emails stating I owe them money....I advised again via email that I DO NOT HAVE ANY RANDs IN SOUTH AFRICA ANYMORE - WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND!!!!! This message will be my confirmation that I have now tried everything to get these *********** people to close the account....
