No service

Care Complaint *** / 12/07/23 13:25 / Banking App Issues / OBE: 008093. *Started on Hello Peter on the 12th of July! Still have a number 1 on my FNB and RMB app. The best FNB have done is writing to me to say they tried to contact me but my phone was off. Hell that’s easy, called you, case closed. FNB App division I cannot believe you cannot sort out an issue as small as this which leads to the next question - how secure is your app if you cannot resolve an issue - please don’t tell me to delete the app , delink on banking laptop and res install - DONE! The 1 comes back! If this is something FNB cannot resolve over the phone, glad to meet at a branch convenient to me to resolve but this is now beyond a joke. Is my banking really safe especially since a card cancelled in the bank for being used an toll gates is suddenly active again! Is it time to move to Investec or Nedbank ABSA? If this is service I might as well bank elsewhere.
