Hi,

A hold was placed on my account due to suspected ***** . I've been calling and calling I've been sending emails no response as yet. I was told I was going to be called back in 30 mins before the hold will be uplifted and that was at 12:30 it's 18:30 and no one in your ***** department can assist me
