NO SERVICE

I wish to express the feeling of disappointment that I encountered at FNB Sandton City yesterday 13/12/2024. I received a ticket when I walked in and was never attended to. People would come in go until I raised this with a consultant but still was never attended until I left the bank without service.

Today I tried to call to FNB Call Centre division, the lines get cut off and they don't phone back clients. So I haven not received any services I need from FNB, i'm disappointed.
