no service

I have been having problems with my revolving loan account since January. I have made numerous calls and emails and messages to the bank, I have complained on the banking app. Received an error code. I can not transfer money from my account to run my business. I had to take a personal loan at a CRAZY interest rate to sort out money. Now again after increasing the facility and approving the mandate I can still not transfer money. The bank is charging me monthly for this facility that I can not use. I have explained the situation many times before and received a lot of promises. NOTHING GETS DONE.
