I have been requesting the Debt Review Center since January to please send me paid up letters for all accounts settled. I managed to get through to an agent on 21 June 2022 who said that he will send me all the letters and statements indicating any outstanding amounts. I am still waiting. I tried phoning again but only got "the person at this extension is not available. Goodbye". What makes it worse, is that the debt councilor has also requested the paid up letters numerous times.

05 Jul 2022, 11:48I have still not received any paid up letters from FNB on any of my various FNB loans, credit cards etc. I have requested these letters numerous times from the FNB Debt Review Department.
