No Service

On the 25 October 2019 at 13:37 I did a cardless withdrawal at the FNB atm Thrupps Centre in Illovo. No money came out, I received the slip saying "we cannot complete your transaction" But the amount R1500 went off my account. I was told to report it at a Branch when I called the call centre. In the 1st week of November, I then went to the FNB Branch in ****arney mall and they assisted me in filling in the incident form and advised me someone will contact me within a week. It is now the 20th November and no1 has resolved this and my R1500 has still not been put back into my account.
