No Service

I havent even used FNB for more than 6 months but there is no service at all please closed my account. All I wanted was to reverse a e wallet you call they terminate calls 4 time 2 on the call and 2 that i dailed using my airtime. I visited a branch the person was no help told me to call or seek for assistant online while would I be at a branch if I had help online. He spoke to me and left me standing to attend to somebody who came right after me. Pinecrest FNB branch ****y as hell at this time i used my money to pay a person that money was supposed to cover for my doctors appointment as I am not feeling well if I get hospitalised fnb will cover any nedical expenses
