Can someone resolve my issue I logged more than 2 times now. I also want to close my savings pocket account. Don't tell me to go to the branch where they will interrogate me about why I'm closing the account. I don't want the account simple as that. Its easy to open accounts online but to close it becomes a mission. Just Sort it out.

To close an account you will have to visit a branch closest to you for assistance. Please take your Id book along as the branch has to validate that it is you requesting the account to be closed.
