No Service

I want my Law on call cancelled with immediate effect and my premiums refunded to me. Fnb takes my money on a monthly basis but when i do require their service i am told it is not covered under the policy. This is the second time this has taken place. I am paying a monthly fee for nothing every month as no services are being rendered to me.

I want this cancelled and my premiums refunded to me!!! i am not interested in any calls explaining the policy or anything . this is just one big catch on taking money from people with out and service!
