No Service

I'm a Private Client account holder. I opened a business account on line and have had endless troubles from day 1. I had a query on my business account and was told no one can help me as there has not been anyone assigned to my business account as it was done on line. My private banker consultant says they can't help me because it a business account not a private account and they have too many clients to still have to get involved on the business side (I have this in writing) So I have 2 questions for fnb 1) what's the point of being a private client banker when you don't get helped and you can'tamage all my accounts? 2) why should I have a business account with fnb when I get no help? Fnb I'm loosing reasons to continue banking with you! Private account Cheque account Business account Investment account Credit Card account Over draft I'm sure another bank would love to take these over?
