No service

FNB debt review department deserves no star. Its been 7months since I took their special offer to clear my credit card and still now it shows that the money is outstanding. My whole financial status is on hold due to their incompetence. I even went directly into a branch today and not even one of the staff could assist me, they just refer you to the branch telephone and you hold on the same line you would when phoning from you private line.
