No service

Over a month I am being sent from pillar to post when asking to be downgraded. The banker doesn't take accountability for anything, doesn't even respond to my emails. I doubt he's even following up for resolution because not even once has he phoned to give me an update. He's only phoned to say "I hear you're complaining about this query". Instead of him getting resolution for it.
