No Sense of emergency at FNB ***** Dept!!

FNB saw it fit to freeze my business account without speaking with me! And to make things worse, I can't get hold of so-called investigator who is assigned to my case to solve the issue!! We must just fold our arms and wait for her to call us at her flipping convenience!!! They are ***** investigators, they supposed to have a sense of emergency!!! I have been calling them from Saturday and they keep saying they have escalated to her to call me back!! It's Monday Midday still mo call! How the hell do they expect me to run my business without access to funds!!
