No security guard, no deposit available

I went to FNB westville at 8:50pm on 6th July. I went to deposit cash into my bank account. I was extremely nervous when I got there, as there were 2 sketchy looking men hanging around and I was alone. However, I urgently needed to make a payment (the deadline was midnight) so I went into the atm area anyway. I was very annoyed at the fact that there was no security guard in sight, I did not see one the entire time I was there, it was my understanding that there was supposed to be a security guard 24hours a day at this fnb? As it is, only 2 of the 3 atm's allow a cash deposit, on this night, even that one that is supposed to take cash deposits - said this service was not available! How can an FNB branch not have cash deposits available? So I went there for absolutely no reason, put my own safety at risk for no reason and also missed the payment I was supposed to make, because there was no cash deposit facility. NOT impressed FNB!
