no security assistance

Use to trust my bank FNB . After a made a transfer that was a ****. Within 45min I asked them to reverse it. Nope their attitude is to block the account. Best thing is it was not a direct transfer. They literally did nothing and said they could not assist.

After speaking to the ***** team, still no assistance . no one could answer why they could not reverse a transfer from my app within 1 hour .

poor poor poor customer service .

once my debt is paid I will gladly leave this bank and not recommend them to anyone.
